What are the eligibility criteria for admission?

How do I apply for admission?

When does the admission process start?

Technical Support
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your registered email ID or user ID, and you'll receive a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.
Why can't I download study materials?
Make sure you're logged in with valid credentials. Check your internet connection and ensure pop-ups are not blocked in your browser. If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache or contact technical support.

Fees & Payment
What are the course fees?

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept online payments through credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. You can also pay through demand draft in favor of "Nalanda Open University" payable at Patna.
Is there any refund policy?
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis within 15 days of payment. A processing fee may be deducted. Please refer to our refund policy document or contact the accounts department for detailed information.
